Hours and days of operation
We are available to help answer questions related to ordering products, returns and the website in general on regular business days, Monday – Friday from 10am to 5pm, Central European Time (CET).

Shipping & handling
We deliver our products in France and Spain and ship directly from our warehouse through our trusted carrier partners. Our warehouse ships the same day if orders are placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CET.
You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package.
The delivery time is 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note, weekends and holidays are not business days, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the order will be processed and shipped on the following business day, Monday.
Delivery fees
The delivery is 6€ for a Standard delivery and free from 35€.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any order in part or in full. This applies to sealed products only. Except mistakes from our services, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

In case of damaged products or mistake from our services, please contact us. We will handle the return and refund process quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is based on a damaged product during transport to you, we will proceed with your refund including the cost of return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days. If your return is based on a wish to return due to wrong purchase, we will proceed with the refund as mentioned for the product only.
