We are available to help answer questions related to ordering products, returns and the website in general on regular business days, Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Central European Time (CET).

Shipping & handling
We deliver our products in France and Spain only and ship directly from our warehouse through our trusted carrier partners. Our warehouse ships the same day if orders are placed Monday-Friday before 13:00 CET.
You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package.
The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) and can vary depending on your location (ex: D+5 for the French or Spanish islands) and level of demand/ season. Please note, weekends and holidays are not business days, so if you place an order on a Saturday, the order will be processed and shipped on the following business day, Monday.
The delivery is free from 35€ and otherwise 5€ for a Standard delivery (D+2 in France / D+3 in Spain).
Customer satisfaction is our absolute priority. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any order in part or in full. This applies to sealed products only. Except mistakes from our services, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

In case of damaged products or mistake from our services, please contact directly Cubyn. They will handle the return and refund process quickly.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is based on a damaged product during transport to you, we will proceed with your refund including the cost of return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days. If your return is based on a wish to return due to wrong purchase, we will proceed with the refund as mentioned for the product only.
